Singer Lazer, Has now changed it's phone number for a total of 4 times. It has also changed it's name from Singer Lazer Vaccume to WhisperQuiet Vaccume. A complaint has been filed with the Federal Trade Commission, as well as the Pennsylvania Consumer Protection Bureau. This matter is being investigated by numerous Local, State and Federal agencies.

Carmela, You are so busy responding to all the complaints, you copied the wrong one into this report. In case you have not figured it out already, there is no need to copy the original report in your reply. The original post stays intact.

Carmela, It seems that you are in a such a rush to cut and paste your carbon copy response to every report on here that you inadvertently copied and pasted a whole other complaint into your response! I think I smell a Ripoff!

***This is on response to your refund status, Please be advised that takes 14-21 days for refunds/credits, starting from the day to request to cancel the order. ***According in our system, your refund for $141.27 is still being processed Please allow 1-2 weeks for this to be credited back to your account. *** We apologized for any inconvinience we may caused you. ***Thank You. Singer Lazer Storm Vacuum Cleaner Address: 4540 Worth Street Los Angeles California 90063 U.S.A. Phone Number: 800-711-8357 Fax: I went on-line and "inadvertently" ordered the Singer Lazer Storm vacuum cleaner. I say "inadvertently" because I never actually confirmed an order; however because they require your credit/debit card number before you can go past page 1, my account was charged with ordering the vac. The very next day (Aug 23rd) I noticed the charge amount was already deducted from my account. I immediately called the bank, but they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I called the customer service line and was put on hold for well over 45 minutes. I tried the email approach (which while on hold, they tell you will provide "faster" service). The email response that I got back within the 24 hours read as follows: Call 800-711-8357, the same number that said to send the email. I have actually gotten through to a customer service rep on two (2) separate occassions. They keep telling me that the credit is "in the works" and even provide me with a credit transaction number! It is now Sept. 27th and I have yet to receive a credit to my account. This company is most definitely a "RIP OFF"!! I am out $141.27 and no vacuum cleaner either!!
