Singer LazerStorm ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Los Angeles California
Responded to TV advertisement. Ordered one set of vacuums, received two sets (4 vacuums). Tried to contact Customer Service. Was on hold for one hour, then the automated system said "Thank You and Good by". No human ever answered the phone.
Was not only charged the requested S&H for for the "free steamer", but also charged for the steamer itself (so much for "free")
In reviewing my invoice, I found the company charged well over an 11% tax rate - definitely fraudulent as State of California tax is 8.25%. Shipping charges amounted to a whopping $94.00!
Am contacting Credit Card company to dispute the charges. I welcome any information on progress others make in contacting this company.
