On December 8, 2011 I placed a reorder of 50 posters from an order that I had placed with Sir Cooper about two years ago. When I logged into my account Sir Cooper's website allowed me to go to the previous order and submit a reorder. I entered the credit card information, selected the number of posters and clicked on "Reorder."

I immediately noticed that I was not charged for the posters but only shipping. Since I had selected "Reorder" I assumed that Sir Cooper had the original file and would print it. I tried to call but no one answered so I emailed [email protected] and [email protected] that I needed assistance with this order. I did not hear back. I tried calling the next morning and afternoon (Dec 9)during their business hours only to receive a message saying what their business hours were but no person ever answered.

I called again on Dec 12 and got a customer service rep who told me that Bryan would have to call me back. I asked when I could expect Bryan to call me back and he said no later than the next day. Never heard from Bryan. At this point I figured they were not going to complete this job and placed the order with another vendor.

On December 23 I got an email from [email protected] saying that there was no file attached to my order and to please send it to [email protected]. I responded to [email protected] to cancel that order as I had placed the order with a new vendor that was responsive. I also reminded [email protected] that I had placed the order 15 days prior and that no one had returned my emails, phone calls or answered the phones when I tried to get assistance with this.

At the end of December when we got our credit card statement there were TWO charges from Sir Cooper one for $13 and one for $555. Yet we have received NOTHING from them. They are still not answering calls.

I sent them an email this morning to respond to me today. In the meantime I found an email in my SPAM from [email protected] telling me they are under new ownership and some numbers to call for assistance. I just left a message for AJ. Hopefully he will call me back to resolve this.
