I had a sirius radio get broken during a recent move.  I went online to get a replacement radio for the broken one.  The broken radio had at least another year of a paid subscription attached to it.  After several very long and disstressful calls with India to get a replacement, I was finally told I had to buy a new subscription with the replacement radio.  That this was the only way they could send it to me.

I actually tried to upgrad my radio and when it arrived I found out that it didn't work with my equipment, after 1 1/2 hour conversation.  The tech actually asked me if I had the volume turned up.   Finally had to return upgraded radio and get another one.  This one arrived and actually worked (YEAH). but found out they had

cancelled by subscription that had internet listening on it, and was using the new subscription I had to buy.  Now they want me to buy another subscription while I have $258.00 dollar credit sitting there. 

Something is seriously wrong with a customer service department that makes you buy another subscription when you already have one to replace a broken radio, then cancels the subscription you have. 

With all the free stuff out there, you'd be a fool to actually pay Sirius XM radio for anything.
