Keep in mind - the subscription was ordered OVER THE PHONE, SO I DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE "ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT". Had I known of the cancellation fee - I certainly would not have signed for the 1 year subscription. So my point is this - if you are encouraged to sign up for a subscription, instead of a month to month payment, shouldn't the sales clerk notify you of the cancellation fee?

The $75.00 cancellation fee, as well as late fees and reactivation fees are clearly stipulated on the enrollment agreement. The $75.00 cancellation fee is not applicable to monthly plans, just the annual and lifetime plans. And, they offer a 3-day free trial pass! You probably should have taken advantage of it to see if the reception was OK before signing up for a year.
