Skin Logic Deceptive advertising Santa Ana Internet
I signed up on the Internet for a free trial which will only cost me $4.95 for shipping after I pressed send for my credit card information to go through I realize that some of the comments were it won't work unless you buy an additional product with collagen in it within five minutes of placing my order I called the 800 number to cancel it she tell me it will be canceled my credit card will be charged 38.95. I told her that it's only supposed to be $4.95 for shipping and it's a 30 day free trial she said since I canceled it they're charging me the full price of $38.95 I said to her that is not what was advertised on the website there was nothing that said I would be charged anything but $4.95 she said that's too bad!
this is a complete rip off!! I will be disputing this with my credit card company

I received my packages today for eyetensive for your eyes it comes with no printed instruction leaflet, yet on the bottles it does not have any address it's very sketchy? Who knows what's even inside the containers it's called the eyetensive BUT the instructions on the bottle is telling you it goes over your face and neck it doesn't say anything to use in your eyes
I think the FDA needs to find out about this

I has to be transferred to somebody do United States it was obvious I was calling overseas there is no person in the United States to speak to she said the company is in California there has to be somebody in the United States my next step and I advise anybody else that had a problem with this company is to write the Better Business Bureau where the company is located. I will be sending a letter to the Better Business Bureau shortly if enough people write to the BBB they will have an F rating and people will not buy this product and get ripped off
