Skin Logic Total Scam...Beware of Internet Thieves!! Santa Ana California
I ordered some skin cream for my wife and after NOT receiving the product AND being charged twice, I decided to call the company. Spoke with several CSR's from " Santa Ana, California" though I'm sure they were in an international call center (i.e. Philippines).
The first CSR said that the phone line had static. The second "accidentally" disconnected the call. The third went to get a manager and apparently fell in a hole as he never returned to the phone. The fourth and final CSR that I spoke with informed me that he would credit me 15% of the total order as compensation and when I refused, he offered me a 50% refund on the spot or 100% if I returned the product that I never received...huh? They shouldn't be allowed to use the word "logic" in their company name with that line of thinking.
I explained that I never received the product and his reply was that the company could not guarantee safe delivery and that I would be out the money charged. The CSR actually claimed that I THE CUSTOMER was responsible for safe delivery of their product...OUTRAGEOUS!! I promptly hung up and called my bank to refute the charges (including the $4.95 "trial" fee).
This is clearly a shady company...not worth the time and/or energy to deal with them. STAY AWAY...YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!
