sky-webdesign.com Chris Rose internet scam, took money for what he could not do, fraudulently wrote a credit to his card using authorize.net illegally Internet
Chris Rose contacted me to provide services on re-design and migration of a website. We documented the scope of the work, he said he could do it in a few days. We paid him $500 in advance, then had to remind him every week to work on the site. After several emails, he admitted it was beyond the scope of his ability, but wanted to keep the money. During this time, he asked for the Authorize.net passwords to enable the site, but what he did, was use the password to steal money without authorization from our bank account. $240.
Chris represents himself as based in California. When I challenged this, he then said he was in the Phillipines. Even that is not true because he entered Indian (India) data on the website. Chris Rose is a ficticious name, used to lure clients to his site, pretending he is in the USA. False. Chris will tell you he can do anything, and the result is he does no more than apply a bandaid. Ripoff !!

I stopped work on your job last Wednesday. The custom Open Order Report has ended up turning into a software development job out of my scope.
But of course he wants to keep the money for services he did not provide.
