 The first time ever receiving a deposit on this card, the same day I was paid, over $400 was taken out of my account. I made one transaction& never see the card again. I reported the card stolen/lost only to find out that money was missing!! The transactions were made in another state! I had to file a dispute,which that dept has NO direct line or any way to contact them. You have to wait for them to contact u. Which happened several days later & by email.. Ugh, so on the meantime I, a single mom of 3, am trying to figure out how I'm going to pay bills and buy food. After several emails with no response, several calls to very very RUDE reps, and a couple supervisors, my dispute was closed and the company saying it was my fault. I still persisted and kept calling. I then was told they would open another dispute. I never heard anything again. I called numerous times and they SD my case was closed and I was at fault, that a new dispute was not opened and could not be. I'm furious!! I've lost over $400 of my earned money to take care of my family, as if not hard enough already.. This company has the rudest staff I have ever dealt with on top of the fact I've lost my money with no kind of resolution. I would like to mention, I had overdraft protection. Leys just say, there's 33 pending transactions and a negative balance of over $100. What's really going on?
