Slomins Security RIP OFF INSTALLED 1YR. AGO, BACK 2 TIMES FOR MAJOR SERVICE. NOW CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE Internet
Had system installed 1 yr. ago. never was told system didn't work if phone was no plugged in. after summer I found that out. also when installed it took 2day which i was not told and had to leave. never was given instruction on how to program. after summer in November another installer was at my home for 3 hours to correct all problems. repeatedly told them to take sytem out of my home. after 2nd repair main system worked and paymetn was on auto debit. I received a phone call on April 25. 2012 to call them. I was only told, on April 24, 2012 that my service was cancelled. I now owe $1000 +. I had called at 1pm and was told no one could help me since everyone had left for the day.
I am alone and now called for someone to help me set alarm, even though i was told it would not go to police and they refused to help. Alone with no alarm.
they are a rip off and I want my money back for the installation and service I paid for and did not receive.
