Smart Shape Brandon Rip Off Brandon Florida
I have been dealing with this company since April. Since then the staff has been replaced 3 times. I met with Dr. Solomon paid my deposit and scheduled my procedure but something didn't sit well with me afterwards. A week before my procedure I got a call from Dreama saying 2 of my payments had been returned due to fraud which I found strange because nothing was reported on my end. I checked my account and Smart Shape had all of my payments. I asked for the information but never received it. I decided to cancel my procedure and asked for a refund. I was told an email had been sent to corporate to refund my money and I would be getting a call which never happened. I called Dreama back to speak with finance manager but was told he was out of town and call back in a week. I called back and was but on hold to see if he was busy then was told that the finance manager was out on the road and he would call me back. They list 2 office numbers, one for Brandon office and one for Pinellas office but both numbers end up being the Brandon office. It's looks like I'm going to have to take this matter to court. I have been getting the run around for 2wks.
