I have already submitted a report to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and currently awaiting the companys response. What I am confused about and pretty upset about too, is... before dealing with SMC, I checked them out through the BBB, and saw that there were NO complaints made about the company. This today, is quite shocking and disturbing to me. After reading many fraud reports about them, and now all these rip-off reports about them... I am concerned as to why there were no reports on file with the BBB. It should not matter how far back they go, you would think they'd still be there. The other concern I have is... why are there several listings on the Better Business Bureau site for SMC, and they are all IDENTICAL. It's not like one is for another one of their addresses, or AKA's. They all have the exact same name, address, etc. One that I opened had complaints from 2004, but only a few. And that file, gave them an A rating. Some of the additional filings with the same name, showed NO complaints against them, with NR as the rating. There were a few of those. This looks fishy to me. Is SMC filing many different times, to get away from the original file with the bad ratings, and just have more entries, and with each one, just starting over, and going from the NR rating, and working up to an A all over again. I don't like the fact, that they allow so many duplicated listings. It's very confusing to the consumer, plus it leaves too much room for the company to make themselves look good, when in turn they are a complete fraud! Anyone, know anything about this... and can shed some light on this issue? I also am extremely interested in starting a class action lawsuit against SMC for my website disaster. Would love to be contacted by any lawyers, who may already have a list of people interested in the same! Thanks.

If the bbb gets enough complaints in short period, the bbb will drop smc's A rating. And smc do whatever it takes to get that rating back to A. Anything less than A rating with the bbb means that smc gets about 300 new members less per day than normal, until it's back to A. By the way, I think the scheme with the site upgrade from that nonsense site is called "bait and switch" and they think they have a loophole but they count on people continuing to be as stupid as they were to join and shell out all that money on the crappy website, and not taking any action. I love my job. By the way the guy that runs this site is just trying to get the hottest leads out there... think about it, you're all pre-qualified buyers.
