09/15/15 Ordered 2 blocks of cigarettes that were supposed to be delivered within 14-21 business days.
11/23/15 Requested order status from customer support by email. Received a response saying that the merchandise had been shipped from Israel but they could not provide me with a tracking number due to technical difficulties on the part of USPS.
12/31/15 Called the credit card company to dispute charges. Was told that I was too late because a dispute must be filed within 60 days of the end of a billing cycle. I am out of $51.42 with no recourse.
The scam is simple: you place an order with smokers-mall.com, they take your money and string you along until it is too late to dispute the charge.

I have been doing business with Smoker's Mall for over 2 years - when a package is held up - it is due to customs seizing the package and holding it - this cannot be controlled by Smokers’ Mall, or anyone in their company. My packages have been held up at least 3 to 5 times. During each situation Smokers' Mall has stepped up and either resent my package or refunded my money. It is customs that does this - not them. The ONE COMPANY TO STAY AWAY FROM is CIGARETTES USA or ANY company that insists you go through Western Union to make a purchase. THEY are rip-offs. And stay away from Duty Free - they tell you that you are getting a free carton when in essence you are paying more for that "Free" one. Smokers Mall has always been very fair in all my transactions - they have NEVER taken my money and not sent my package and their prices are very reasonable. The people the person is describing is Cigarettes USA, they stole $149.00 from me because I was stupid enough to pay by Western Union.
