Smokers-Mall.com/EDR Programs Inc. EDR Programs Inc. I purchased 2 cartons of cigarettes for $72.00 which never came. Later I was told a refund would be issued. It too never came. I have been defrauded! unknown Internet
SMOKERS-MALL.COM IS A RIPOFF....They have you write your check to EDR Programs Inc. and dont't deliver the product purchased. EXCUSES IS ALL I GOT FOR MONTHS. They new it would difficult to pursue with the purchase made with SMOKERS-MALL.COM AND YET THE CHECK IS MADE PAYABLE TO EDR PROGRAMS INC. This is FRAUD pure and simple. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ON THE INTENET AND PROSECUTED !!!
