Snap Audits Misleading Mutes Nationwide
The contact at this company represents himself as the person in charge of the Texas division, and stated that there is an additional corporate office that receives correspondence. He said that this office then forwards messages to the regional lead. However, after researching, I have discovered this to be inaccurate. After reading the other reports on this page, it appears Corey Parks does not actually reside in Texas and may be the only contact for the entire company. Each job is given a completion date. However, the kits won't get sent until it's too late to complete the assignment on time. At this time, in my case the weekend, no one will respond to you until they have already shipped these kits.
For example, with worry of getting an assignment done on time, I scheduled to complete a merchandising assignment over the weekend. The instructions state that all product needed for such was being sent to the store. Then, on a different piece of paper, in tiny print, it says something about a kit. I emailed asking for confirmation that all was getting sent to the store. At this time, I got an UPS tracking email for a shipment being sent by a company I never heard of and for a product I was not assigned to be merchandising. When e-mailing, I contacted Corey Parks and the help desk. The help desk never responded to me and Corey Parks didn't respond until Monday. Due to this, I decided to wait on these assignments until I was given clarity, and rescheduled this project by switching the day with another project type. This other assignment had me drive 2 1/2 hours away. When I got to the location, it was an empty lot! This is when Corey Parks stated he was in charge of the Texas division and that there was a seperate office. Since this time, I have been unassigned all projects by Corey Parks. Yet, yesterday, there were three large boxes on my doorstep. There has been no response regarding this shipment or the fact that the information regarding the amount I am owed for three completed jobs has yet to be updated.
