snyder tire co doug snyder not trustworthy wintersville, Ohio
i went to snyder tire for an oil change. when i returned home i noticed oil and grease on my carpet on the driver side. i called snyder tire and asked for doug snyder the owner, i was told by his secretary that he was not available. i explained the problem to her and she said they would get back to me. later that day a male person called me and i explained that i wanted my carpet cleaned, he explained to me how to clean the carpet and that if i would that i would get a free oil change, i remember stating at that time, are you going to remember and he said they would. When i went back months later and got an oil change ,and when it was time to pay i reminded the clerk of the free oil change, he said there was nothing in the computer and there was nothing he could do, at that time i asked for the owner doug snyder and was told he was on vacation, I called several times later before i finally got him. I explained the problem and he repeated what the clerk had told me that it wasn't in the computer and thats all they go by. i told him to ask his secretary and that she should remember, and he said he's had several secretaries in that period and not possible to find out. I explained to him that I had purchased several items from his store in the past mainly tires and oil changes and that i would not be shopping there in the future, to which he replied yea sure have a nice day and hung up on me. i was not trying to get a freeby, all i wanted was to get my carpet cleaned and this is what i received. thanks alot.
