Our items were finally delivered by Soft Touch Moving and storage on day 43. Upon delivery there was a paper that was left by the truck driver stating that our items took up 250 cubic feet but we were in fact charged for 330 cubic feet. At $4.50 a cubic foot thats almost $400 that we were overcharged. In addition to this, we are missing one box that contains my daughter's belongings. She is 5 years old and has collected toys such as Littlest Pet Shop items for 2 years and some of those items are discontinued and could no longer be replaced. I contacted the company and the owner was very rude to me once again. I told him that I was only interested in finding my daughter's missing items and that the contract states that I have nine months to retrieve my missing items. The owner told me he would not help me as a retaliation for submitting a rip-off report and didn't care what was lost and it wasn't his problem. He then hung up the phone on me. I proceeded to call numerous times and pleaded with them to help me get my lost items, even if my family in NY had to pick them up and mail them to me. The owner continuously hung up the phone on me. I have left messages in hopes of someone else returning my calls but no such luck
