Software Pro's softwarepros on line support I swigned up for one time cleaning of my computer but they keep taking money out mi
I signed up with this company for a one time cleaning of my computer and paid a one time charge of $175. But they are still charging me additional. When I called the number for them I got aa recording to press 1 for billing questions and 2 for support. Neither worked I simple got a repeat of the recording. I tried pressing zero hoping to get thru to an operator, nothing, it recycled me back to the recording. I sent them an e-mail and their response is we will get back to you. I have no idea as to how to contact them. I then went on line and found that they have been reported to have scammed others. Shame on me for not doiing my home work and researching this company first, but I thought that it was just a one time thing. The worst part is that it did not speed up my computer as promised.
