Aug 13 2008 - After filing a report with the BBB SOE responded that the billing system had been improved and I would be refunded my money (throwing money down won't help a flawed customer support). After reading so many horror stories about SOE's treatment of complaints this was a surprise. I have gotten my MMORPG craving taken care of elsewhere, with a company that is far more pleasant and efficient when it comes to billing and technical issues.

It was for the late May\June payment period I wanted to cancel, April-May was fine. Also, the spaces did not show up, sorry for the difficult read.
