BUYER BEWARE, the rent you will pay today will not be what you pay tomorrow. Once you have invested in your (their) home your stuck and at there mercy. $920.00 space rental in just the start. Plus the rules change from day to day and depending on who you are. If you complain you are branded as a trouble maker. Fremont has rent control, 3% per year increase, Ya right. they are going after the cities ordinances to get rid of rent control claiming they are not getting a fair return on their investment. If you look at a manufactured home, really look at it, not the eye candy. Check under the home for a water barrier. Check the outside to make sure nothing is touching the ground. The problems will start when the 5 year warranty ends.
