I contacted this company regarding a 2.4L Mitsubishi engine. I kept checking the order status online through their online area. It kept showing awaiting tracking number I called and spoke to their sales and shipping dept. and was told they would put a 24-48 hour rush on it. After a week with no engine I called back and asked to speak to a manager. He told me he could refund my money if I wished. I told him I would prefer that. I had had to use two credit cards to pay for the engine and warranty. They sent me an email saying they had refunded my money to my cards. I received the $160.00 I have put on one credit card but didn't recieve the $1000.00 I had put on the other card. I kept calling them asking them where my $1000.00 was and they kept telling me that they had refunded it. I contacted my credit card company and they said nothing was pending. After many calls they finally told me that either the credit card company was lying or it would be there in another 2-3 days. After another week I called them again and they were very rude and said I had my money and to quit bothering them. I contacted the IL State Attorney General's office, I filed a report on internet crime with the FBI and with the FTC. I spoke with the Chief of Police in my hometown, and then I called an IL State Representative's office and he called them and told them how dim a view the state of Illinois took with companies that defraud disabled person's. Within 24 hours the money was credited to my card. I would never recommend them to anyone.
