Back in August I became contractor for SoyLicious.  It seemed like a really good idea and a great product as I love soy candles.  So for the price it cost to sign up I did.  One of the other reps talked me into order some of the prodcut which I wanted to do anyway.  I placed my order on August 14th and realized 10 days later I had not received my order.  So I emailed Mr. Michael Broyles who is the only contact I had for the company and inquired about my order.  His response was as follows on August 24th was as follows:

You placed your order number 9151 on the 15th of last week at 20:55:00 which is 11 pm my time. So your order is only 5 business days old not 10. The spa therapy candles are made to order, since they are a slower seller. I am sure you would not want a candle that has been sitting on a shelve for 3-4 weeks. I will send in for a check request to our bookkeeper for the $22.98.
 
 
I thanked him and waited to receive the check. 
 
On September 16th I emailed again about the check.  And again on Spetember 17th I received this repsonse:
 
I am sorry, I missed the email on Friday. Your refund request has been sent to our bookkeeper, and will be processed with the commission checks which should be mailed today or tomorrow.

So almost a month before he had told me he would be processing a check he didn't.  
 
On September 26th I inquired about the check again....and received the following response....
 
It was mailed check #4106

On Tuesday October 1st I sent the final email ... 
 
 
You do not have to threaten me, it was mailed, it was check #4106 and if you do not get it in the next couple of days I will reprint it and send it priority mail.

this check has not been received yet. it has had plenty of time to arrive at my house. If the check is not received in in the mail today I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau.

To which I responded that I wasn't threatening I was serious.. I had filed a report - which I decided not to do with the BBB primarly because they're not listed but instead on ripoff report where people actually look at.  And his final response was:
 
That’s fine, then we will just wait for that check to show up.
 
What a way to operate a business. Don't get them any of your money because you won't see again.  I'm discounting ever seeing my $22 again.  I think if they had mailed it on Aug 24th like they originally stated it would have been to me by October 1.  Usually mail through the post office takes no more than 7 days to get from place to place....

I jsut verified that her payment has cleared my bank. It would appear that she is lying about never receiving her refund.
