If you are having problems please call (800)4-waters, any customer service rep will be more than willing to resolve any issue you may have. As an update to the original post, DS Waters no longer has any fee of any kind if you choose to stop service. This is one of many changes we are making company wide to better serve our customers and the community.

This is entirely non productive from Mr. Anonymous. I pulled up this website because I am having problems with Sparkletts myself and wanted to see if someone else is having the same problems. Now I get to read rebuttals from someone that obviously works for this dang rip off water company or has some connection.

Every contract with this company is the exact same and page 2 lists all fees. Most of the time the company will waive a fee if your a d**k and honestly, 35 is not worth sending you to collections as it costs more than that to collect. You are ranting and raving about 35 bucks when this company has 90+ mill sitting in the bank. You didn't win anything son.

In response to this post, you may have rented a cooler from DS Waters for four years but that doesn't mean you own it.....you were RENTING. There are many advantages to renting verses buying a cooler. The main being that at any time for no reason you can get a NEW cooler, no questions asked. Sure, after 1+ years of renting, you could have bought 1 cooler with a 1 year warranty. Therefore, you should take advantage of this policy a just get a new cooler because you can whenever you want without any reason. Secondly, the $35 fee is to clean and replace every part in your used cooler to resell to a customer who is willing to buy a pre-used unit. Just because you didn't read your contract doesn't mean you were taken advantage of.
