Spiegel Don't expect a refund any time soon. Lies, horrible customer service, more then 2 month's waiting for refund Internet
Returned item 6/6. Arrived via UPS on 6/9/09. Now it is 7/22 and still no refund. Everytime I call they keep saying it's 6 to 8 weeks more. They said their warehouse is very busy so they did not process my return until 7/5. ONE MONTH LATER!!! Website states Easy return, 30 days, paid them with my debit card, now they state in small fine print 2 billing cycles. That means 2 month's. Totally unacceptable business practices. Horrible customer service. Rep named Kayla even hung up on me. Then I called back and got her again and she tried to pretend it wasn't her. Then when I asked to speak with a supervisor she blind transfered me Newport News. They promised someone would call me back. Know one did. The sad thing is that they are bringing their company down themselves. They could actually have an excellent product and company if someone just cared.
