My son with out my knowledge purchased a 9-in-1 game table from them. I called a few hours later to let them know I did not want the item, and it was ordered in error. I was told that the item was on back order, and that there would be no problem in cancelling it. They explained to me that they would have to email the warehouse and let them know to cancel it at their level also.

And that I would receive an email myself when the order was cancelled. 3 days went by, still now email. I called again and they told me that they are not sure why it was not cancelled, but it was still on backorder and they would resend email request to cancel order. I called everyday for a week, and was told the same thing each time.

Then finally I was told well your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it now. They told me to send it back when I received it, but I would have to pay for return shipping though. Now it has been a week since it supposedly shipped, but I still don't have item. I called them to inquire about delivery status, and was given a tracking number. The tracking number don't work, the Bekins shipping place said the package was released to UPS, and I should call UPS. Called UPS they told me since I don't have a UPS tracking number, that they could not help me either.

So I returned call to SportsRus CS, and explained what was going on and was told give it a few more days. If I did not have package in a few more days then they would look into it and find out what was going on with shipping. This was billed to my charge the day it was ordered, almost 3 weeks now. What a mess.

I have just purchased from sports r us and was very satisfied. The rip of report on them was over a year ago and it seems like it may have taken time to get a refund. I believe they have changed there policy to not have this happen agagin. I found the prices great and my package was delivered at the right time. I work for a firm tha uses UPS and we have had UPS loose our documents. don't blame the site. You will not find better prices anyware. Believe me I spent two weeks looking.

They finally refunded me the money I was due. They said according to the tracking info they have the item was delivered to someone else in a different state. Stay away from this place, Amazon.com should have never teamed up with this place.

Still has not been delivered. They gave me a tracking number, the tracking number says package was released to UPS, UPS cannot find any information regarding shipment. SportsRUs tells me to wait a few more weeks and see, becasue they cannot track down package either. What a joke!
