SPRINT PCS ripoff PLEASE KNOCK ME OVER THE HEAD IF I EVER CONSIDER SPRINT PCS AGAIN Kansas City Missouri
I had a SPRINT cell phone about 10 years ago and I did not remember the agony that I went through back then regarding erroneous billing.
I have recently contracted with SPRINT PCS again for one year of service and the billing problems are back. Every month I have to call customer service. Every month they are rude and get nothing done and every month the bill gets higher and higher where there is no way to make heads or tails of it.
I have found that the technical department at SPRINT PCS is provided with erroneous codes for services which in turn make your billing go haywire. The wrong codes are entered over and over because the personel do not know that these codes are wrong.
I believe that this is purposely done and it is somehting that SPRINT PCS does in order to confuse and keep your first month that they have billed in advance when you need to cancel.
PLEASE KNOCK ME OVER THE HEAD IF I EVER CONSIDER SPRINT PCS AGAIN.
I will tell everyone that I know but I would also like the internet public to know that if they get lured into SPRINT for low rates and great deals they are going to pay a heavy price in time, aggravation and money. DON'T DO IT.
