Called Stanley Warranty LLC the first week in June about my washing machine. The gasket destroying clothing with rust and oil. I called and found out that Stanley is on the east coast. I am in Hawaii so I have to get up early if I want to talk to someone.
I have a wedding reception at my home in 3 weeks and need to replace my washer. After finally finding a phone number that a person answers, they tell me that a Sears rep will be calling to make an appointment. After 3 days and no call I call Sears. Sears says they do not have a contract with Stanley. I was lied to.
I continue to try and reach Stanley early every morning. I demand my $664 back. They finally transfer me to Yvonne Adams. She tells me my GE Plus washer is to old to repair. She will send me a check for $300.00. I had to go and buy a new washer.
It is now the end of August. I am still waiting for the check. I called her last week and she said that she would forward my emails to the CEO. Does she think I am crazy! I asked her if he is cutting the check.? I would like to speak to him!
Unfortunately, on Friday August 23"13, my garbage disposal went out. Leaking from the bottom all over under the sink. The plumber said I needed a new one. Unable to wait for Stanley to tell me it is too old to fix I bought a new one for $113.00.
I paid the plumber to install it. I forwarded the attached copy of my receipt to Stanley Warranty LLC along with the discription of the old disposal and age.
What do you think I should do? What are others doing to get them to honor their contracts. There is no honor in this company. I will not be renewing my contract with them. I just want what I purchased in good faith. What a rip off!!!
