Like many others, I have not received what this company promised. This includes $12.95 refundable registration fee and monthly gift cards of $20.00 each. After much complaining I did get 3 months worth on one card (their promise was 1 each within 30 days), but have not heard from them since March 2011.
I did my part by sending in receipts under very strict rules and deadlines they imposed. E-mailed and called several times and get the same canned messages. I spoke to my local law enforcement and they confirmed that there are many complaints against this company.
Not only are these people collecting the registation fees but I bet they are keeping the rebate money too.
