STATE FARM INSURANCE THE WORST COMPANY EVER---THEY ARE THIEVES CHANDLER, Arizona
My Car was hit by a State Farm Insurance Customer whose age was 16 and she was texting and rear ended my AUDI A4 while i was stationery at a red traffic light. My car's rear bumper was completely damaged.
I am a physician and drive long distances every day and need a comfortable car. While my car was in the collision shop, The State Farm only approved ford focus as a rental replacement for my luxury car.
Secondly, when it came to repairs, they did not allow original AUDI parts to be used for repair but approved used parts from a junk yard. This is completely unacceptable.
I do not have the time to get lawyers and file a lawsuit but I encourage whoever out there is looking for auto insurance to know this fact about this insurance company. They are outright thieves!.

Nothing in your review substantiates your claim of thievery. Good used parts are acceptable in the automotive industry. Are you concerned somebody might see your snooty butt driving a Ford?
