Well, Well, seems like your not the only one to get scammed by these fools Alex. I recently purchased a used altima from the dealership and man what a mistake I wished I would have read this report first. I do not even know where to begin. The vehicle has the most awful smell when you turn on the heat. I was also told that I could not test drive the car. When I picked up the vehicle the brake light was broken and the windsheild was cracked. The vehicle was sold with 6 recalls and now the best part is it went to get serviced and now it trembles and it squeeks. On top of that I was never offered my financing paperwork I was told it will be mailed and I now own the vehicle for 5 months and still do not have the paperwork! And if that is not good enough I have contacted the cooperate office and I was told that there was nothing they can do according to Luis Venezula. I have spoke with Tom the sales manager, ALex, David Dann and like in the other email the bimbo who answers the phone and never wants to put the real managers on the phone. This dealership is a disaster!
