This guy has no clue what he is doing. He talks a big talk during the initial meeting to hire him but when it gets down to getting anything done in a court room Stephen E. Olear will lose your case because he will NOT fight for you. He will just stand there and run up your bill. Stephen Olear does NOT care about his clients or winning cases but he knows where to send the inflated bill and I do mean inflated. Stay away unless you like wasting money and getting horrible judgements.

If your for your report to be of any benefits, you should state the facts that support your claims. Nobody likes to pay lawyers and everybody thinks lawyers charge to much. But there is nothing in your post that would allow a reasonable to conclude that your allegations are true.
