Steve Hayes - Digital Wave Media - Momentum Marketing Invested over $2500 with them and now they totally ignore my correspondence. Seems to be the norm with this company Baton Rouge Louisiana
Purchased a website from them for $47 to promote the downloading of Music, videos, movies, etc. Steve Hayes called and said he could double whatever money i invested with them for advertising in 30 days. Invested $2500 with them and have received one email from them since. They said they redirected my website and set up something on My Space. However, no sales. I have emailed them numerous times asking what else they have done for my $2500 and they totally ignore my correspondence. Now i find out this is a standard operating procedure for this company. Please, do not invest any money with this company!

Update on my 06/03/2008 report

I see that two more people have filed reports on this Rip off company since i posted my 06/03/2008 report. That's unfortunate and i feel for them. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office in Lousiana about this company. The Better Business Bureau says they won't respond, so guess that's a dead end. I did receive a letter from the attorney general's office and they said they will let me know if they hear something, so guess they won't respond to them either and nothing will be done. In case any of you want to file a complaint with the Attorney general's office, the address is : State of Louisiana, Department of Justice, James D. "Buddy" Caldwell, Attorney General, Post office Box 94005, Baton Rouge, La. 70804-9005. Maybe if enough people complain, they might do something to stop these people. Meanwhile, i am still investigating every angle to get my money back, and am even considering driving to Louisiana and confronting them, but i am concerned i might end up in Jail! i don't take this lightly. If anyone has any other ideas, please post them. DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!
