I had Rhode Island Family Court Chief Judge Jeremiah Jeremiah Jr., and on Dec 2, 2009, I was pulled into backroom chamber with my Attorney John Lynch Sr. along with my ex Donald E. Simeone, his attorney William Lynch, "The Attorney General brother Patrick Lynch" and the Guardian Ad Litem Steven A. Colantuono, to have a conference, while thats what I thought was happening, but actually it was to conduct an illegal back room divorce deal. "WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW!"ALL TRIALS ARE TO BE CONDUCTED IN OPEN COURT, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. MY EX DONALD E. SIMEONE WAS GIVEN EVERYTHING.... THE HOUSE, TIME SHARES, BOAT, CARS, TIME SHARES, BUSINESS, BANK ACCOUNTS, IRAS, RETIREMENT, MARITAL ASSETS, MY PERSONAL ASSETS AND EVEN OUR MINOR CHILDREN- "HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?" It's called a back room payoff, the party with the money pays and the Family Court doesn't do whats right for the family, they do whats right for their bank accounts.
I'm a stay at home mother of two minor children, 4 and 7, minus my children because my ex pays everyone off. So now my children are being raised by babysitter, grandparents and girlfriends while my ex works full time and I wait to raise my children. Our daughter is failing math now! I wonder why?
IN JAN 2009 MY HUSBAND WANTED A DIVORCE. A GUARDIAN AD LITEM STEVEN COLANTUONO WAS APPOINTED FOR MY CHILDREN AND BECAUSE I WANTED TO TAKE MY KIDS TO AN ABUSE SHELTER TO BE AWAY FROM THE FIGHTING. THE GUARDIAN HAD MY CHILDREN TAKEN AWAY FROM ME AND I WAS THROWN OUT OF MY HOUSE OF 10 YEARS. AFTER 2 LAWYERS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS I HAVE BEEN ABUSED BY THE COURT SYSTEM AND OTHERS AND IM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE. I'M TAKING IT ALL THE WAY UP TO SUPREME COURT.
