Steven Sears Attorney for Sears.com was going to remove the unauthorized charges on my revolving credit card and so far no action has been taken.  I called several times and requested prompt action but I just got the run around when I got transfered into voice mail H...



Now my personal credit is screwed up and I cannot charge any more on my sears credit card.  The charges have been on the statements for several months and I cannot seem to get rid of them.  So I called 411 information and got the number for the SEARS Attorney who can straighten out my problem.



I complained to corporate accounting in Hoffman Estates and to the offices listed with the phone company and I keep getting transfered to people who don't seem to know what to do.  These big mindless corporations are just taking advantage of consumers today and only want to turn a corporate profit and not care about the little people struggling to make ends meet.



My family is just a few people with limited money to pay for corporate greed and bureaucratic screw ups.  I will probably keep getting erroroneous billings and will never get a human being on the phone to finally fix the problem.  I recomend calling the consumer affairs, attorney general, better business bureau, and the federal trade commission,  to voice a complaint.



Not a day goes by when i don't think about how much money the greedy corrupt corporate dudes make while the little guy suffers.  I cannot afford a lawyer of my own and will have to rely on legal aid society.  my credit score is allready down to nothing and my car may be reposessed soon.



Without transportation I wont be able to get to work and with all the layoffs I probably won't be shopping much anymore.  So, SEARS loses another customer and they probably don't care anyway.  I am sure there are thousands of people in my shoes right now with no where to turn.

The real value lies in the customer service and the prompt responses to consumers who have problems.  These may be isolated incidents or they could be a sign of deeper problems with the corporate management.  Alot of corporations tend to sweep these problems under the rug and hope they go away.  Only after repeat complaints are filed can you really get some resolution to the matter.

I had personal experience shopping and was totally ignored by the salesperson.  Then I contacted the store manager I got a person to help me immediately.  Goes to say, the sqweaky wheel gets the oil!!!

These rip off corporations burn customers every day.  I hope you get your money back , but I wouldn't hold my breath.  SEARS is a big huge mess right now and the customers aren't getting any service at all.  You might as well tear up your credit card and pay cash for everything.
