Stoner Landscaping College Mulchers Delay in start by 2+ months, work reflects no knowledge of what they are doing, trees not properly planted, told me to "finish it yourself" york, Pennsylvania
Work not started for 2+ months after it was supposed to be. Contract stated 9 trees, only received 8.Trees planted in 90+ temps. Not properly planted, yard not cleaned up of dirt and stone resulting from diggin. Trees not watered at time of planting, never mulched. Constantly given excuses of why not working or not showing up when they said the would. One tree was planted on adjoining property, when finally moved, tree was placed in hole but no soil was put in to actually plant the tree. When asked contractor to correctly plant tree was again given time frame but never done. Owner finally had to correct situation.
Sump pump drain just stuck under dirt in trench and downspout not buried. When addressed, sump pump drain uncovered and trench laid open for over a week. Finally rigged a pathetic tie in and buried both using my drain tubing. At one point drain runs up hill. Area was never cleared of debris which is now killing grass, Dirt needs to be added to make spot level and was to be seeded.
Two other areas in contract were never touched such as filling in settle ground over clean out and filling in the top of the yard with dirt to decrease the severity of the hill.
Yard waste thrown along property line, cut off sump drain thrown onto adjacent vacant lot. Landscaper insinuated owner was being difficult when asked to address these issue. Told by landscaper to "finish it yourself". Everything done by this company lacks any evidence of knowlege of landscaping, planting trees or any type of quality at all.
