Stop Foreclosure Hub Brett Matsuura Loan Modification Scam--pretends to be a forum for advice but then charges you and does not do the work Laguna Hills California
I want to warn everyone out there about Brett Matsuura and StopForeclosurehub.com. He tries to make it seem like it is a blog and an advice forum but when you contact him for a private consultation he talks you into paying an advance fee for loan modification services. He says it is not a loan modification and says for $2500 he will force the bank to negotiate. I was pushed hard to sign up and promised the world and boy did they ever disappoint. they don't do anything different than other companies, and when my bank refused to negotiate Brett pushed me hard to give him the short sale listing and said he would give me a kick back out of the commission. these guys are shady, they are advertising that they are there to help consumers, but they are just trying to take advantage of them. I am out the money I paid them and I am going to lose my house. thanks for your help and advice Brett Matsuura and Stop Foreclosure Hub. I want my money back!
