Did not sendproduct order #2574, May 19, 2017. I record 8 communications to them with no response. I tracked down their phone number and called. Steve Klock was not available, but my phone number was taken and he's to return my call--- which has not happened yet. It seems he has a drop box there, according to the person that took my call.
I want a refund for that item, order#2574.
In all fairness, I purchased another, order#3065, which was fulfilled in short order, but no responeses to any of my communications regarding order #2574.
