Sullivan Pontiac GMC ripoff, discriminatory Ocala Florida
Ive done business with this company for years, but as of late, staff members have been replaced with rude, racist blockheads who can over charge me well over $800 and still forget to complete their work!! Fine, If i have to pay, i pay, but at least finish your job! (yes I did get 4 estimates after turning to another dealer for help after leaving Sullivan) not even 20 minutes later my truck broke down 3 blocks away from Sullivan Pontiac and I was asked what I had done to it? (What the hell?)
They even realized (after I paid) that the work would probably take more than a day and they'd offered to pay for a rental car, (yes I have this in writing also) 10 minutes later the mgr realizes oh we can fix this and they send me on my way. and I was even offered a rebate on a new truck while standing there mad as hell and they're laughing!! yes i have paperwork to back up my very long complaint, but Im mad, and this is not the first time ive gotten the run around with these people, but this was the most expensive, and I know im rambling, (sorry)
I need advice someone!! please help!! How many women have been through this with this company?? I believe I should pay for the parts put into the truck, but not the labor, So Im stopping payment for this mess!! @#)(*$#)($@#)$(!!
