FYI, sultryhair.com has a toll free number. Their number is 877 278 5879. I saw an their site mentioned in a magazine and was in the market for hair extensions. I was very very unsure because I did not want anyone to know that I wear extensions. I went ahead and gave them a try, after calling and speaking extensively with a customer service rep. I do not know here name but her was very helpful and did not try to sell me anything and wsa not pushy at all. She just answered ALL my questions. I did not place the order right away, but I was blown away by the service and the pictures looked so good. A week later, I crossed my fingers and ordered online. Within 4 days, my order arrived, I opened the package and I was amazed. The hair looked exactly as it does in the pictures. I ordered the sultry clip in bangs and clip in hair extensions in straight 22". They look very natural and no one knows I am wearing extensions, because they are seriously natural looking. So I just wanted to share my experience.

First of all, nobody is trying to sabotage anybody here and her being a mother doesnt have anything to with this. Im not saying their hair is not good. Infact, i love the quality of their hair. That being said, their customer service stinks. If something is not instock, put it on there so people can see it. Dont wait for them to order it and pay for shipping and then tell them its out of stock. Thats not right! Thats called FRAUD. People order hair because they have an occasion or they wanna use it. And pls show me where she has an 800 number on her website, pls? cuz i dont see any. It took me three months to get my order, even though i paid shipping for only 7-10 business days. I sent numerous emails to them and nobody replied so now that you feel your reputation is on the line, you want me to contact you? When i had a problem with your company, i contacted you so many times but you guys ignored me. Aurora, do me a favor and google your company name and you will see that im not the only person with this kind of complaint.

I has the opposite experience with them. Sultry hair is the absolute best! The hair is amazing and inexpensive and the customer service is great! I hope they are around forever this is the best hair on the market, and live in NY we have Barbie's and Lugo's and their hair is horrendous no hand tied weft and the cuticle is so jacked up, and poor customer service not to mention the place itself is digusting. These other places have nothing on Sultry hair. Sultry hair you are a godsend!!!

Is it your goal to sabotage other salons to bolster your nonprofits? You also left a nasty email on our website as well, Retro Beauty Supply. I purchase large amounts of products from Sultryhair.com for Glamour and Retro Beauty. I was aware that at this time last year another company copied her website, as well as ours, and has been attempting to counterfiet her logos and labels. She is a wonderful business owner and mother. She also has an 800 number, live chat, and her items are listed as in stock and not as you say. Please stop harassing others and try your own business on your own. Thanks!!
