I reported this guy a while back before this site went down. he is a scum of all you walk on. He took my money, i lost my truck and credit that i was working on went bad. I cant get a good job with a vehicle and I don't have the money to get one. but I did go back to school despite everything he told me about not going back. he messed with my head, I did fall a victim of him promising me better things and a raise he promised and never came threw. He also never paid my ex she went back to his office everyday to get her money, I told her it's a waste of her time I was right. Contact me if you want I willing to answer anything about him while i was working for him.

The bad news is that Tim is protected under bancrupcy laws. The good news is that His partner Dennis Gannon is not. I beleive He can be sued foe money owed by Sun Valley. So I agree with Tim, persue Your money in court. You will have to go after Dennes Gannon as I beleive Him nor Sun Valley are protected.

Robert gives some of the best advice I've seen in my six years as a loyal RoR contributor. I believe he gave you the website to the equivalent of our Wage & Hour Division of the state's DOL. There is likely a form complaint on that site that you can fill out and submit online. If this is a repeated pattern of practice, don't let him gt away with it. File the complaint, and let the DOL know that this is the standard. If that route doesn't work, file a small claims complaint. It's not all that difficult, although ethical boundaries prevent me from telling you exactly what to do. All I can tell you is to go to the local court of general jurisdiction, find the clerk's office, and ask the clerk what you need to do. Best of luck!

small claims court? Sue him! Ever hear of a governmental agency called the Department of Labor? You can file a wage claim with the Arizona Department of Labor at their website: http://www.ica.state.az.us/Divisions/labor/wage_claims.html Your bravado is pointless. You would be better off filing a wage claim, and if necessary sue him in small claims court.

You sound like all the rest. Talking all this trash about what You are going to do, or would like to do to Tim. You will probably do like so many other's. NOTHING!!! All the things You mention would be fine and great, but I have heard it to many times. And yes, I do wonder about the law. It irritates me to no end to think my tax money is paying the wages of people that allow Tim to do what he does. I do have hope that one day, one will come along with guts and a since of justice and put Him in prison were He belongs. That will be real, "justice". He will be with men who have nothing to loose. They will "do" and not "talk". So why not do, instead of talk. File a complaint with the Attorney General. Write the Governor, and might as well write Sheriff Joe. If nothing more there will be another check by His name. Sooner or later they will have to do something. Are You taking him to court or are You going to just let Him have Your money? I would be willing to bet that Tim had a great time with it. Probably blew it all on one meal. You would have done something stupid with it like pay bills!!!
