Have You filed charges against Him? I think You have up to 3 years. I do no that He was found guilty of these same charges at least once. By not fileing and allowing this to pass, is only allowing it to continue.

I feel sorry for You and anyone else that has had contact with this slime. This really makes me wonder about the law. Who is it protecting? A long time mechanic and driver for Tim is in a California Jail for trying to steal His tools back from Him. Acording to the mechanic He was served with and order of protection one day by the police and escorted off the job site with out any of His belongings. His motor home, a bronco, and His tools to which he had plenty. He was left broke and His lively hood stripped from Him. I can not feel too sorry for this mechanic as I tryed to tell Him he needed to follow the law in persuit of this slime bag. Now I hear that He tryed to break in, along with someone else, to get His tools back. He was arrested and put in jail in California. There are no limits to what He will do to stop from paying. He needs to be stopped. He uses the law to commit crimes!!!! I have tryed to find him on the Maricopa County Courthouse web site, but can't. How exactly is it done.

I cannot believe that he continues to hurt families....It is totally unfair...My kids are going with out food because he promised my husband that he was going to pay him for 2 weeks of pay...We are going to persue him with everything in us..I cannot believe if you look at the Maricopa County Courthouse web site and put in Tim Kunselman you will see that we are not the only ones he has screwed with...Their is so many other people out there that this has been done too...But we are the only ones will to step out and say something.....
