Sun Valley Towing, Tim Kunselman -Timothy Kunselman - Sun Valley Tire Tim is a liar, thief, and user. He steals car from people that use his credit system/pymt plans. Phoenix, Arizona
I called him on Nov 4th of 2010 and he towed my car to his shop and has kept it there ever since. When I talked to him I asked how much he would charge for a fuel pump and he told me 180 so I agreed to let him work on it. The next day i got a call telling me it would be almost $600 and I said No i didnt have that kind of money right now and he told me about his payment plans and I informed him I didnt have a job. He said NOT A PROBLEM and told me to stop by his shop and he'll give me a job to help me pay for the repairs.
I trusted him and I agreed on the payment plan and paid $150 down payment and worked for a few days and then he hasn't had me come back or given me my car back. I have called him a number of times and there was always a new reason to why my car wasn't ready and that he'd have it done the next day. I then got a call from him telling me that I needed to come in to talk to him to find out that he blew my transmission in my car and that I could pick from 3 different cars to take as a payment for him doing that. He said that he'd get it all handled with the DMV and took my info to give to the DMV.
He still hasn't given me my car nor the car he promised for ruining mine. When I went into the shop the last time a couple of weeks ago he had a change of attitude and he was a d**k. He asked me what i was welling to do for him sexually for my car back. I then left and dont feel comfortable going back. I would like help getting my car back and I don't know where to go. Have any idea please let me know. Thanks!

Just wanted to say to Tim your time is almost up beware of another burger from burger king for this surely will end your life in the form of a heart attack and it couldnt happen to a nicer person i hope you burn in hell for eternity! I know ill never see the money that you owe me or my car again but this is your fate you wont make it till July Says the Lord God Almighty! Fear God! since you dont fear anything else!
