Signed up for the 72 hour trial period from the Rocky Mount, NC SunCom. I asked the sales person 3 different times if there were going to be any charges for the trial period and the sales person said no 3 different times.

I used the SunCom cell phone for one day and maybe made 5 short phone calls to test the reception. I could barley hear the party on the other end and the phone kept disconecting. I took the cell phone back the very next day and the sales person told me there were no charges.

I then get a bill from SunCom for $42.93, $35 of which they said was an activation fee.

DO NOT believe the SunCom 72 hour free trial. They LIE!!!!!!
