As a tax payer we would like to know why consumers get home cooked meals at cit which much of it is waste buying from guidos and main street restuarant. Alot of it goes in the garbage disposal after the state pays a 600 dollar or better food shopping ,once a week,bill.These guys a criminals,receiving 3000 dollars a week for treatment and when they go to the classes the teachers who make over 100,000 a year are very seldomly there .Playboys and the best of cothes that u the tax payer are paying for.The best wide screen tv for there rooms and cd players for movies and music .It would be alright if mommy and daddy were paying for thse items but u the tax payers are. This includes th cit and the rit what a tragic shame for the tax payers.If one of these criminals finds he doesnt want to smoke no more he is provide with a patch which you tax payers pay for.This state is in a 10 billion dollars in debt-----o really
