I can tell you that the harder one works the worst they are treated. I worked with many who were on cell phones the whole shift. I was working hard to get work completed. I was terminated in November 2014. I was given no reason and I know there was no reason I was just to hard a worker and I was a threat to the nonworkers. I did not recieve my final pay check until Januaru which ruined my christmas. I feel this was illegal to hold my pau for two months and really wanted to sue but did not know how to find an attorney who would help me.
I can tell you many of the employees are doing care incorrectly and nothing is done. If a hoyer lift is needed for the person it should be usedbut the employees are lifting the people. This is very dangerous and could hurt the person or worker. I would love to sue but I am sure I will be told I don't have a case. I feerl this place should be closed down because they have brainless unorganized people running it.

Trudy you were let go because you had to be told over and over what to do and still couldn't do the job right. About the only thing you could do right was fold laundry. You couldn't pass meds, you had no filter on your mouth, and the level of care that you think you provided for those individuals really wasn't all that great. We all tried to give you a chance to succeed but it became apparent very quickly that no matter what anyone said or did you were determined to do the least amount of work possible causing others to pick up your slack and work twice as hard.
While I am sorry that you were let go, there were clear and incontrovertible reasons why you were let go. I really do wish you the best of luck in your life I really do but, dont go bad mouthing hard working people that are wholly dedicated to the individuals that they provide care to.
