On March 28, 2016 I put a security deposit and first months rent as well as $25.00 application fee on a trailer in Sunnyside Mobile Home Park. My total came to $670.00. After waiting for a trailer for a month or so I had to eventually find other living arrangements. I never moved in. I have asked for my money back by phone, in person and by mail and was told at first I would have my money back by 30 days (I do understand I cannot get my application fee back). Today I get a call from Vicki Beacham telling me I will not be receiving any of my money back. I spoke with the owner awhile back and he informed me that Vicki Beacham handles his finances and she is the only one who can give me my money back. Vicki Beacham also told me I will have my money back within 30 days if not less and now she's saying I will not be getting any back. After posting about this on Facebook a family member of Vicki Beacham threatened me and my unborn child's life.
