Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I started receiving phone calls from this company called Sunset Escapes several months ago. They begin by telling me that In the past I have bought a vacation package with a company that has now expired and that they would like to offer me a second chance at using it. This company has several different scenarios that they use. If you turn them down they will just call you back again and again and switch it up a little. What their agenda is to tell you that your vacation has expired however they will credit you the amount you originally paid for it plus what the actual value of the trip would be worth then they will also honor that original vacation plus add in extra days and cruises as well all you have to do is pay ($$) whatever amount they tell you, mine changes every phone call, to "reactivate" your credit. In my case I had purchased a package through Spinnacker Resorts in Dec.2016 and have 2 yrs before it expires. I'm sure this company banks in the fact that most people don't remember or Faust fall for their b.s. At first they would call and say I purchased a package that expired and they had would like to offer me a second chance at using the credit on my account. When I didn't go for it they changed it up to praying they acquired my account through an expired company but never provided the company just a list of companies. Then when I had more questions the phone calls became more and more through out the day and they now had more informed information. Most recently they called me and provided me with the exact day I bought my package with Spinnacker Resort and obviously the name of the resort they went a few starts further to provide me with the last 4 digits of the credit card I used to book the trip,my husbands name as he would be traveling with me and my home address. I've since been getting emails and letters from Spinnacker Resorts telling me that they are aware of the situation and they are in no way affiliated with this company and my trip is most definitely not expired! Now I still receive calls to this day from this company and every time they call I put them on my blocked call list and somehow they call from a different number. Now just yesterday I decided to tell the gentleman that called me that I knew it was a scam because I spoke with Spinnacker Resorts and they assured me they are not affiliated and my trip is not expired this man went on and on giving me facts and details about their company, dates I placed my original vacation,my credit card first 4 digits and last 4 digits of the card I used to book it then proceeded to get nasty, when I hung up and blocked that number,I continued to get calls at least 5 more times on my Sunday evening. This company is a scam!
