Sunset Harbor Resort BJ Cooke PRL Timeshare sale with guaranteed points rental agreement with PRL and Sunset Harbor. BJ Cooke ( Regional Sales Director ) going from town to town selling timeshare for Sunset Harbor and Point Rental Liquidators. Willis Texas
I know there is a lot of timeshare owners out there that BJ sold the same song and dance to. Just looking for information if any one has filed a law suit against Sunset Harbor. Now that Sunset Harbor is with drawing from RCI, you have to use your week there or joint there club. Is this a Rip off or what.
Back in 2011 we went to a timeshare sales pitch put on by BJ Cooke ( Regional Director of Sales) for Sunset Harbor Willis TX.
the sales pitch was if you buy a week at Sunset Harbor you would be a life time member of PRL ( Point Rental Liquidators).
at the time they were paying 8.5 cents per point for the Sunset Harbor points and any other points you may have from other
Timeshares. This sounded really great We signed up and did the paper work for 100,000 points and BJ said the check would
Be in the mail in the next 3 months. Well when no check arrived we made several phone calls to BJ and Sunset Harbor
calls went to voice mail that was full. Didn't here a word from Sunset Harbor until 2013 for Mx fees. Called Again left message
after message for someone to call me. The person I talked with didn't know BJ. So I payed my Mx fees of $168.00 and my points were put into my RCI account until this year when the Mx fees doubled and now the resort is withdrawing from R C I
Just looking for other timeshare owners that had the scam done to them. Just wanted to know if there is any law suits out
against Sunset Harbor BJ Cooke.
