For those of you who were wondering if Suntasia Marketing was on the better business bureau's list, well, they are but not as a member. I finally found their company being listed on the bbb site. Funny thing is that they weren't there before when I was searching on there months ago. Here is the link. Copy and paste it to your address bar. (((ROR REDACTED LINK FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) Take a look CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.

You are absolutely 100% correct on Suntasia Marketing and the way they treat their employees. They even had the audacity to put a 30 second commercial on the local tv station here looking for people to hire. Sadly they actually act as if they have a "family" fun atmosphere type of environment emphasizing on the $13 an hour you could make as a telemarketer. Nothing could be farther from the truth. If they want you out they will find anything to fire you especially if you begin to ask too many questions. They are every "secretive" about the way the product is suppose to work. The reason is b/c if they give out too much info to the agents about the products they promote then the agents themselves will realize it is a sham. You don't have to be a telemarketer working there to know that the product is useless. All you have to do is work in customer service and you will see for yourself the deception they play. As a manager, sad to say I knew towards the end of my employment there, that they were promoting shameless products and so I left (purposely got fired). There are many websites other than this one that you can go to and see that you're not the only ones ticked off. Just type in "Suntasia Marketing scam" on Google and multiple sites pop up. The more we get the word out about these crooks the better off we will all be. For those who don't know, their corporate website address is suntasia.com. You will find the owners of the company on that site. The rest of it is all a bunch of bullcrap. The physical address to the company where ALL the products come from (Agents Travel Direct, Travel Agents Direct, Florida Passport, Floridaway, Teleflex, Prism even the old Capital Vacations) is: Suntasia Marketing 8751 Ulmerton Road Largo, FL 33771 Donald Booth, who is becoming very famous on the net these days is their legal eagle there. His wording on the script they use is specifically tailored to keep them under the radar. Agents are not suppose to use any other scripts unless approved by him but I know of a few agents that use their own scripts secretly to make a sale. I happen to have them. If anyone needs a copy just let me know and I will send it to you. Any phone numbers that come up on your caller idea and any others the agents working there gives you is the same place for ALL the products they promote in Largo, Florida. The reason they give you so many numbers (if you call to cancel) is b/c they want to frustrate you enough so they have enough time to bill you. They made $20 million dollars in the last year alone. Most of it because they kept the money in the bank long enough to get interests on it. They "claim" to take care of the customer complaints but they really don't. Suntasia Marketing is NOT even listed with the better business bureau ONLY their sub companies, Travel Agents Direct etc. Time to stand up and say "Enough is Enough". Spread the word.
