I was hired on and was told full time and when i started i found out it was part time. My hours started out at 40 but have drifted lower each week falling into the low 20's. I am not really worried about the benefits from the job but their lies are what gets me. I ask them whats the deal with this and they always tell me they will get back to me about it. THey are rather shady when it comes to giving the full time and benefits. I think it's crap how Walmart runs their wireless division of the store but offers no commission or additional things for selling their conracts. They get hundreds of dollers off the new contracts set up but only give their employees the basic pay. Every other wireless dealer offers commission but walmart would rather take all the profit and let their employees get treated like crap by the customers.

i understand really i think it depends on the department u work. i was a cashier and i was mad because other they came after me got full-time before me. go to your department manager or the store manager and see what happens if not go talk to someone from home office. im full time i still can't afford the benefits.
